Delivery Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered within 7 business days.
Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.

Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping rates based on your location and the total weight of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Partners

Delivery Process

Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make 2 delivery attempts. If they are unable to deliver the package, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you for further instructions.

Shipping Restrictions
Service Areas: Currently, we ship only within Bangladesh.
PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a complete and accurate physical address to ensure smooth delivery.

Unexpected Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery timeline, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs clearance may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
